1. Orders

How can I place an order?

Simply choose the products you want, select the size, and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it has not yet been sent, please contact us as soon as possible via email.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you restock it?

Some items are exclusive and won't be restocked, but others may return! Keep an eye on our Instagram or activate the restock alert on the product page.

2. Shipping & Deliveries

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries to mainland Portugal take between 1 and 3 business days after shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. You can see the exact cost when simulating your purchase and entering your delivery address at checkout.

3. Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! You have up to 14 days after receiving your item to exchange it, as long as the item is in perfect condition.

Are return shipping costs free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are the colors of the products exactly as in the photos?

We do our best to display the actual colors, but there may be slight variations due to light and screen.
